If you thought that only the ultra rich people lived in homes with a children's suite or nursery, the Patagonia mobile home might surprise you. This 2800 square foot home has two children's rooms on one end of the home that open up into the family room. With their own access to the back door, they are a completely self-contained unit. While no one wants to isolate their children, this is a great set-up for teenagers who would like a little privacy or adult children who live at home. Although it can't be considered a true in-law suite because it doesn't contain a kitchen, it could serve well for this purpose as well. The rest of this mobile home also provides plenty of room for mom and dad.
