The McKinney manufactured home sits nicely on small mobile home park lots and in retirement communities. Though the McKinney mobile home is only 40' long and 23'4” wide, it still has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, so it can even be used for a modest sized family, whether in a park or on a country lot.
